While not every fast athlete runs exactly the same, there are certain principles that generally carry over in most fast athletes that underpin their ability to run fast. In other words, optimizing an athlete’s sprint mechanics in the most efficient and biomechanically sound way will help them to run faster!

How?

1) Submit video of your athlete sprinting via Google Drive to [email protected]. I recommend sending a slow-motion video and normal speed video taken from the side.

In both options, we will do a deep dive into both early acceleration (first 3-5 steps of the sprint) as well as top speed (the mechanics of the athlete’s max velocity) to see how the athlete can clean up their technique to get faster.
