Can I do this Program at home?
Yes! Speed Unleashed is a completely digital platform that can be accessed and completed from anywhere. The Program is designed for athletes to have access to high-quality, high-level speed training and the knowledge and ability to do it on their own, at-home.

Do I need access to a Gym to do this Program?
No. The entire Program can be completed with very minimal equipment and can be done at your local park, high school, neighborhood, etc. The recommended equipment consists of only three very affordable and accessible pieces: cones, sled, light weights for the sled.

I am a Coach. Can I get this Program and implement it with my team in our training?
Absolutely. The Program itself has been implemented with many college, high school, club, and travel teams with much success in their speed and athletic development. Speed Unleashed gives full and complete direction, knowledge, and instruction on the why behind the what of the speed program. It can be used as a full offseason speed development plan that can complement your regular practice and training schedule. It eliminates the guess work for you as a coach, so that you can get results in your team’s speed and athletic development.

Is this Program safe and appropriate for my youth athlete?
Yes. Speed Unleashed Youth is tailored specifically for the youth athlete, and aims to build quality movement competency and a strong long-term athletic foundation. It consists of only bodyweight exercises and prioritizes safe and key movement patterns that underpin the movements of many different sport requirements (proper sprint technique, lateral movement, change-of-direction, reaction time, cutting and deceleration, fast-twitch stop-and-go, acceleration, and top-end speed). Additionally, training with this type of quality, precision, and structure builds confidence and work ethic in youth athletes that often make up the most important improvements for the athlete in both sports and life.

Which Program is the right fit for me or my athlete? The Youth, the Intermediate, or the Advanced?
Speed Unleashed Youth is tailored to the Youth athlete, generally from the ages of 10 years old to 13/14 years old, depending on their prior training history, experience, strength level, and maturity level. If you have never done any type of structured training like this before, then this is the program for you. It provides very detailed but understandable coaching on exactly how to do each and every exercise and drill, and takes you step-by-step through the entire program.
Speed Unleashed Intermediate is for the more experienced athlete, generally from the ages of 14-17 years old, depending on their prior training history and experience. If you have done this type of structured training in the past, and you are looking to legitimately train to make it to the next level, then this is the choice for you. It dives deep into the development of blazing speed, quickness, and explosiveness that it takes to perform at a high level. This program has been implemented with many college teams and athletes who have seen transformative results. Speed Unleashed intermediate is the choice for the experienced and serious athlete that needs a more structured, more science-backed training plan to transform their athletic development.
Speed Unleashed Advanced is for very serious, dedicated, hard-working, experienced athletes that are searching for that true competitive edge. This Program will provide that edge by giving you access to high-level, evidence-based speed training that is geared towards the needs of Top Athletes. Speed Unleashed Advanced takes the approach of engineering acceleration and top-end speed with surgical precision. This is geared towards top high school, college, and professional athletes that need more accurate and more focused speed training. At this level, improving even tenths of a second can make the difference—and this program focuses on that level of detail.
